Testimonials from the heart...
"I can only thank God for sending this service to me and my husband Joe. The nurses and personnel were wonderful. Nothing was too much for them to do. If JoAnn and Linda did not come on their day, there were phone calls from them. If JoAnn was on duty you could be sure a call would come from Linda to be sure Joe was ok. I cannot praise these people and all the extras who came in contact with us. Joe loved these women especially Linda, when she called him son. You are always in my prayers and not a day goes by that I don't think of all of you and thank God for your help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. "
"I was very concerned about how I would help my wife. A friend of my daughter recommended I start early. I talked to my doctor and he had his nurse contact you. Believe me from the first contact with you my stress was greatly relieved. Your help was priceless. I really don't know what I would have done without your help and direction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
"Josephine was a nursing home resident before and during hospice care. Because of this, the family had less personal contact with the hospice staff. We were very happy, however, with the comfort measures given by Hope Hospice. We were told by the nursing home staff that some measures could not have been taken if Hope Hospice had not been involved. We also appreciated your presence at the funeral. Thank you."
"Your kindness and generosity to my mom could never be summarized in a thank you. It just doesn't seem like enough. Words can not express our appreciation. Thank you for giving mom dignity and comfort during her final days and for just being there. We will hold you and all the members of Hope Hospice in our hearts forever--right beside my mom."
"We'd like to thank everyone who assisted in the care of our father. You've all been so nice and it's been a comfort for us to know that dad was in such loving and capable hands."
"Hope Hospice couldn't have done more to help my family be able to cope with a terminal illness. You all were a Godsend! My only suggestion is for more people to know and find out about Hospice and how it works"
"The social worker is to be commended. Her unique style and personality made it more bearable to accept my mother's final days. The aide also helped my mother's last days to be as comfortable as possible. She kept my mother clean with her own clothes on (not a hospital gown) and soft music playing and Easter flowers nearby. My sister and I were very impressed with all the special attention gone to our mother. Your service is a beautiful way to end one's final days."
"I cannot say enough good things about my father's hospice care. Everyone involved from your agency was kind, supportive and skilled. We were able to be with him as he took his last breath. Peggy was such a blessing to our family as she walked us through the medical process and gave emotional support as well. Your social worker was so supportive to me during my "rough spots" in dealing with my father, and the young woman who came to bathe Dad was very kind, patient and personable. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!"
